Of course, this won't happen overnight. It needs talented people like you. As a Working Student in Finance & Controlling, you’ll play a vital role in supporting AMSilk’s financial and operational excellence while gaining a broad overview of the Controlling and adjoining departments.

Your responsibility and impact within AMSilk company means to:

Participate in the preparation of financial reports for AMSilk’s Board of Management and investor community
Contribute to business planning processes and assist with regular updates to financial models to support strategic decisions
Assist in tracking and reporting company-wide milestones, ensuring progress is aligned with AMSilk’s objectives
Support the quarterly controlling reviews with budget managers by preparing and analyzing financial data
Actively support fundraising initiatives, including the preparation of materials and conducting research to attract potential investors
Support the work of the Controlling department as a Finance business partner for company wide inquiries as well as assist adjoining departments in the CFO area (e.g. SCM, IT)

Your areas of knowledge and expertise are:

Educational background in Business, Finance, Economics or a similar field, currently enrolled in a EU bachelor's or master's programme
Knowledge of general controlling concepts, financial statements, reporting and financial modeling with an interest in accounting
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including familiarity with complex formulas and macros
Proficiency in creating compelling presentations, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to diverse audiences
Experience with ERP-Systems or LucaNet is a plus
Experience with data visualization tools (especially Power BI) is a plus
Proficiency in German (B2 or above) and English
Availability to be present at our office in Munich at least once a week

Als Werkstudent Finance & Controlling (m/w/d) spielst du eine wichtige Rolle bei der Umsetzung der finanziellen und operativen Exzellenz von AMSilk, während du einen breiten Überblick über das Controlling und die angrenzenden Abteilungen erhälst.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortung bei AMSilk:

Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Finanzberichten für das Board von AMSilk und die Investorengemeinschaft mit
Du unterstützt bei Geschäftsplanungsprozessen und bei der regelmäßigen Aktualisierung von Finanzmodellen, welche für strategischer Entscheidungen notwendig sind
Du übernimmst Aufgaben bei der Verfolgung und Berichterstattung von unternehmensweiten Meilensteinen, um sicherzustellen, dass der Fortschritt mit den Zielen von AMSilk übereinstimmt
Du wirkst bei vierteljährlichen Controlling-Prüfungen mit den Budgetverantwortlichen durch Aufbereitung und Analyse von Finanzdaten mit
Du bist ein aktiver Teil von Fundraising-Initiativen, einschließlich der Vorbereitung von Materialien und der Durchführung von Recherchen zur Gewinnung potenzieller Investoren
Du unterstützt die Arbeit der Controlling-Abteilung als Finance Business Partner für unternehmensweite Anfragen sowie der angrenzenden Abteilungen im CFO-Bereich (z.B. SCM, IT)

Das bringst Du mit:

Gültige Immatrikulation in einem Studiengang (Bachelor oder Master) in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Volkswirtschaft oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
Kenntnisse allgemeiner Controllingkonzepte, Jahresabschlüsse, Berichterstattung und Finanzmodellierung, sowie Interesse an der Buchhaltung
Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS Excel, einschließlich Vertrautheit mit komplexen Formeln und Makros
Fähigkeit zur Erstellung überzeugender Präsentationen mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzinformationen effektiv an unterschiedliche Zielgruppen zu vermitteln
Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen oder LucaNet ist ein Plus
Erfahrung mit Datenvisualisierungstools (insbesondere Power BI) ist ein Plus
Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch (mindestens B2 Level) und Englisch
Verfügbarkeit, mindestens einen Tag pro Woche von unserem Büro in München aus zu arbeiten
